What are our arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with SEND about your provision?

If you have any worries or concerns, or you wish to make a complaint, then please contact the SENCO Cath Moor and Margaret Todd in the first instance: . The SEND team will be able to provide support and hopefully a resolution to your issue. If this is not possible, the complaint should be put in writing to the Head teacher, in line with the complaints policy of the academy.
